Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your ASCEND purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, here’s how our returns and refunds work:

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ascendwear9@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@ascendwear9@gmail.com

We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
